CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING

Custom screen printing at P23 Shirt Company is different from many screen printing companies because we are able to screen print your designs softer and brighter.  We are able to achieve superior results by using superior inks aside from the traditional plastisol inks most printers use. All jobs are screen printed with premium high end inks to ensure brighter and softer results.

WATER BASED SCREEN PRINTING

Water based ink is the most eco-friendly option available in screen printing. The ink soaks into the garment. Medium-light colored garments are best suited for water based ink. PMS color matching is available with water base printing. Please contact us for further information and to see if this would be a good option for you.

DISCHARGE SCREEN PRINTING

Discharge screen printing is a specialty technique used in the screen printing industry to achieve a no ink feel. It results in a very soft hand and shows the garments natural fibers instead of laying a thick layer of plastisol ink on top of the garment. By itself, discharge ink removes the dye of the cotton fiber when it hits a certain temperature. Discharge works with a variety of different brands and styles of shirts or other garments, with some styles and colors having stronger results than others. We use Discharge Inks on all garments 100% cotton or 80% cotton/20% polyester.  All other blended garments we will be analyzed and print with the best inks to render maximum results.
