PAYMENT TERMS

 

A 50% payment deposit is required to prior to printing an order. Once the order is complete, full payment must be received before the order is picked up or released for shipping. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). A $35 processing fee will be charged for any returned checks.

 

 

MINIMUM QUANTITY

 

The minimum quantity for screen printing services is 12 pieces.

 

 

TURNAROUND TIME

 

Our typical turnaround time is approximately 10 business days from the time that the payment deposit is collected and art mockups are approved with signature or via email. Some services, such as the imprinting of individual names, could extend the turnaround time.  Larger orders (1,000+ pieces) or those with extensive designs/colors may require a longer turnaround time.

 

 

DEADLINES

 

An order that requires a specific deadline must first be confirmed by our production manager.  Subsequently, if the deadline remains feasible after all order details are complete, artwork is approved, and the payment deposit has been received, written approval will then be given by P23 Shirt Company. It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure they have this written approval prior to our releasing the order to production.

 

We define the deadline date to be the customer's 'need-in-hands' date.

 

 

RUSH ORDERS

 

We will make every effort to accommodate an order that is needed sooner than 10 business days, but successful rush order completion cannot be guaranteed. Rush charges will be applicable. The customer is also responsible for payment of any expedited shipping charges necessary to fulfill the rush order. P23 Shirt Company is not responsible for any delays in shipment by the carrier.

 

 

HOLIDAYS

 

P23 Shirt Company is closed in observance of most regular holidays.   These holidays are not working days for us ... please consider this with regard to turnaround time and rush charges.  You may contact us at any time to inquire about our holiday schedule.

 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

 

Although our two area production facilities stock thousands of garment styles, colors, etc., we, unfortunately, don't have an endless inventory.  Since all garments are pulled from our inventory after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee availability.  If we are out of a particular item, we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from our current inventory or we can check stock levels with our contract mills and distributors. If you choose to wait for a particular garment to become available, the turnaround time for your order will be extended accordingly.

 

 

ARTWORK

 

Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint are not vector based graphics and are not acceptable for screen printing.  Web based images such as JPEG, GIF, TIF, and BMP are also not vector based graphics.  Designs that have been created using online sites are unacceptable for artwork and can be used for reference only.  If required, our graphic designers can re-create most any artwork into a vector image.  Please refer to the Graphic Design Services paragraph for more information.

 

Customer provided artwork must be submitted in 300 DPI or vector format along with a corresponding purchase order or job name.  Artwork files will be printed as received, therefore, it is the customer's responsibility for all images to be sized for their desired final print dimensions.  Text must be converted to outlines.  Our printing, obviously, can only be as good as the artwork received.  Accordingly, P23 Shirt Company will not be held responsible for poor quality printing due to poor quality artwork.  Although we will do our best to point out errors in customer supplied artwork, P23 Shirt Company will not be held responsible for misspellings, grammatical errors or any other design flaws.

 

 

ARTWORK PROOF APPROVAL

 

We will provide an artwork proof on our own template for each order (including reorders).  Email approval of artwork on our template is required prior to any order moving to production (even if a detailed layout has been provided by the customer).  The customer

 

 

GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES

 

P23 Shirt Company offers in-house professional design services at the rate of $60 per hour, billed in quarter hour increments.  While very basic design / layouts are typically free of charge, more extensive designs or re-creation of customer supplied artwork into a vector format for screen printing will be billed at the above rate.  There is also design time for each order that is not so obvious, such as color separations, etc.  All of these will be taken into consideration
